Crossing North over the Fremont Bridge, veer left to Ballard. Approx. one block later, you will see Bagel Oasis on your right (Dayton Ave.). Directly across the street from that is a Kwanjai Thai and Oazis. In between these two little restaurants is a stairway that goes down to Cafe Gallier. The room is on your left at the bottom of the stairs.
