WINTER 2011-2012

Whoa!  Lots of really great stuff happening in my world.  First, I had an AWESOME tour in Seattle in November and it was really great visiting with friends that I've been missing so much since moving to Nashville in March 2010.  My show at Egan's was incredibly memorable and it was captured on video by Ms. Aimee Tubbs (thanks, Aimee:)  I also spent lots of time with my daughter - who is engaged to be married in June 2012!  We bought her wedding dress while I was in town (I cried when the sales gal put the veil atop Angela's head:).

My biggest news is that I've teamed up with WT Davidson to form the duo Bishop Davidson and we are busy rehearsing in anticipation of upcoming tours in 2012.  I really love the line WT chose to sum up the duo: "And then there's this: MJ and WT genuinely enjoy playing together."  That's what it's all about, folks.

Still working on my fourth release (as yet untitled), and I have a surprise or two around all that and hope to reveal more in the next month or so.  I'm still hoping to do some pre-sales, and again, if anyone wants to help me finance this next LOVE project, please email me!
